The estate is celebrated for its Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, a historic DOCG wine cherished as far back as 789, offered in refined selections such as Nobile Settecento and Nobile Riserva. Its range also includes Rosso di Montepulciano, Super Tuscans Irripetibile and Leggenda, a small production of white and sparkling wines, and the Passito Mistico. With organic farming practices and innovative vineyard techniques, Podere Casanova cultivates Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile), Canaiolo, Cabernet Franc, and other varieties.
