Another terrific wine, Neufeld’s 2012 Yakima Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the least expensive of his three wines, yet was my favorite in the lineup. Made from 89% Cabernet Sauvignon and 11% Cabernet Franc, it has a pretty, perfumed, elegant and medium-bodied style to go with lots of black raspberry, lead pencil, graphite and wild herbs.
