The 2013 Passito L'Ecru (500 ml) is Zibibbo with a smaller part Malvasia. Both varieties have been air-dried in order to create the fragrant intensity and the sweetness that defines this pretty dessert wine. Its appearance is golden and luminous and soft flavors of dried fig, honey, brown sugar and candied fruit wrap smoothly over the palate.
