Fullerton Pinot Noir 'Momtazi' 2018

James Suckling: 94 pts

Cool ocean-breeze influence here, with a very fragrant violet, red-cherry and blueberry nose, really pristine. The palate has impressive weight, richness and round, ripe blueberry and cherry flavors. Really expressive and juicy pinot here. 320 dozen produced. Drink or hold.

Wine Enthusiast: 94 pts

This fine-tuned elaboration emphasizes the fruit component of this biodynamic vineyard with crisp, fresh raspberry flavors upfront. The wet rock minerality of the AVA and the inherent herbal pungency of the site are threaded in, and the finish is buoyed with juicy acidity that brightens it. Slightly more than one-quarter of the barrels were new. — Paul Gregutt
