Extremely pale salmon-pink. Bright, delicate aromas and flavors of raspberry and red plum, complicated by hints of strawberries and cream and a whiff of violet. Fresh and multilayered, with a sneaky concentration and depth to its delicate fruit and floral flavors. Finishes long with zingy, harmonious acidity that really helps extend the finish. This is a rare Rosato in that it’s made wholly with Refosco del Peduncolo Rosso.
