Currants, cedar shavings, graphite and hints of spice all emerge from the 2013 Old Goat, which is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made with the idea to highlight the best of Yakima Valley. Aged 15 months in bottle before being released, it's medium to full-bodied, nicely textured, plump and has plenty of character. Drink it through 2028+.
